Do you charge by the hour or by the job?
All jobs are charged by the hour.  Work is done efficiently and effectively. A flat rate can’t be set because each customer has a different need.  Since all services are personalized around your specific needs, an hourly rate is charged.

How will the financial investment I need to make now be worth it in the long run?
Time is money!  When you are not organized, you waste time repeatedly looking for things and you end up buying double of the items you can’t find.  Upon completion, you will be able to find things much more efficiently and going forward, you will have a system to use to make your life function more effectively.  Getting tasks done won’t be as complicated because you will be able to focus on the task at hand rather than the pile of papers on your desk or in the corner.

How far will you travel?
Traveling is not a problem.  I travel around San Rafael, San Francisco and neighboring towns. There is a per mile fee that is determined by the IRS.

What if I need storage supplies?
If supplies are needed you can either go and pick them up or if you prefer, I can get them for you.

What if I don’t like what you bought?
I will glady return items.  There is no fee for returning items.

How long have you been doing this?
On my own, for as long as I can remember, as a registered business +15 years.

What do I do with the items I don’t want?
Unwanted items can either be donated to a local charity or a charity of your choice.  Otherwise, I can take the usable items and donate them to a church or needy family.

How long will it take?
The amount of time depends on the size of the job.  I usually work in time chunks of 3 hours a day.

Do I have to be there?
Initially yes, you must be there for the sorting process to determine what you want to keep, what you want to put into storage and what can be donated.

Are you a registered business?
Yes, I am registerd with the State of New Jersey.
